Speed on a launch isn’t about working faster — it’s about removing decisions. A component-first system lets a small team move with the confidence of a much larger one.
Build the kit before the pages
Buttons, cards, and section shells are designed once, as reusable components with clear controls. Pages then become composition, not construction, and changes propagate everywhere at once.
Design and build in parallel
Because the system is shared, design and development don’t hand off — they move together. The client sees a live preview at every milestone instead of a static mock that drifts from reality.
